1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Podcast Studio AZ ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website at podcaststudioaz.com, booking platform, studio facilities, courses, and consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Podcast Studio AZ provides podcast recording studio services, podcast production courses, and podcast consulting services. Our studio is located at 627 W Enid Ave, Mesa, AZ 85210. Services are available by appointment and are subject to availability.

3. Booking and Payment

All studio sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of booking will be honored for that specific session.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling is available at no additional charge if requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability.

5. Studio Rules and Conduct

Clients are expected to treat all equipment with care and respect. Any damage to studio equipment caused by negligence or misuse will be the financial responsibility of the client. Food and drinks are permitted in designated areas only. Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the audio and video content you create during your recording sessions at Podcast Studio AZ. We do not claim any ownership rights over your podcast content, interviews, or creative work produced in our studio.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Podcast Studio AZ and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our written permission.

7. Course Materials

Podcast courses purchased through Podcast Studio AZ are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce course materials without our written consent. Access to course content may be revoked if these terms are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Podcast Studio AZ and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Podcast Studio AZ, its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
